Thank you for your patience whilst we support Chartwells with the roll-out of their new
ordering system through Parent Pay. At present, you are only required to activate your Parent Pay account and no orders should be placed yet because Chartwells have some final
adjustments to make from their end (including account opening balances, special diets,
INSET days etc). These should be completed by 10th February or beforehand hopefully.
The office will continue to order meals for pupils in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 as usual
up until 3rd March. From 6th March onwards, meals will only be provided for children
whose parents have ordered through Parent Pay. (The name is misleading – all KS1 and
Free School Meal pupils will NOT need to pay – as is currently the case).
To allow time for meals to be ready for 6th March, parents will need to place
their meal orders through Parent Pay BEFORE 23rd February.
