We are looking forward to celebrating all of the different cultures, countries and religions that are represented by our school on Friday 23rd February. Thank-you to all of you who have offered to come and host a stall in the hall at the end of the day. It would be great if you could come to set up and be ready from 2.45 so that the children can get a flavour of what’s on offer before the end of the school day. Children in years 5 and 6 can have their own stall (or host with a friend). All children are invited to dress in something to represent their own country or culture- this could be flag colours, sports’ team, traditional dress, country mascot, animal, or flower. They can also bring in something to show or share that represents their culture, country, religion or heritage (e.g. food, dance, music, traditional items, flower, photos, stories or pictures). We look forward to celebrating all our cultural diversity.
